Your relationship with food doesn’t have to control you.

Most people's relationship with food is very complicated… We understand that food is more than "making good choices" it is about emotions too. Nutrition counseling takes the extra steps to ensure that your emotional and mental well-being is front and center.

While some clients seek out nutrition counseling for mood, anxiety or eating disorders, other seek counseling to explore their relationship with food along side a trained specialist.

I finally stopped using food as a way to punish myself.
